Returns

You have 15 days from the time of purchase to initiate a return. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and be in the original packaging.

Contacting Us For A Return Authorization

Please contact us at support@sundogeyewear.com to initiate the returns process.

We will reply with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) with mailing and packaging instructions. Any returns sent without a RA# will be refused.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within five days.

Clearance items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale, clearance, or special promotional items cannot be refunded.

Return Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
