HOW MUCH WILL IT COST ME FOR SHIPPING?

FOR A LIMITED TIME, we are pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders of $100 and more. All orders below $100 are subject to a flat shipping charge of $4.49. Please note that the shipping rate is calculated based on the MSRP or posted "Sale" price after a discount/promo code has been applied and before taxes.

 

Orders are shipped once received within two days by the following services:

USPS First Class Package Service - usually arrives within two (2) - five (5) business days once shipped

Please note, international orders are not currently accepted, as they cannot be tracked or insured. Orders can be delayed by customs or be subject to high duties and taxes at the time the product is delivered. If you are trying to order from an international location, we'd love to hear from you to know where you are located. Sundog's international partners may be able to help you. 

 

When your order is processed, tracking information will be e-mailed to you.

INCORRECT ADDRESS POLICY

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. If an incorrect address is provided:

Before the order ships
If the order has not yet shipped but a reshipment is required (e.g., due to manual processing or label reprinting), a $10 administrative fee will apply.

After the order ships
If the order has already shipped and is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a $25 reshipment fee will apply to cover return shipping, reshipping, and handling costs.

If the package is not returned to us
We are unable to offer a refund or reshipment.
